Absolute 5 Star experience! The unit was clean, well put together, offered everything we needed and more. We had beautiful views from the balcony, a nice restaurant on the property, easily accessible private beach on the property, an awesome pool! We had a blast and didn’t even have to leave the property to enjoy our four days down there! We will 100% be back, and definitely booking the same unit again. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had, they communicated very well, and made sure we were satisfied and comfortable the entire time we were there. Thanks so much Sean for an amazing vacation!

Neighborhood
There are many areas to sit and watch the sun rise or gaze at the waves including our new tiki hut perched over the ocean. Nearby you will find Harry Harris Park. A wonderful waterfront park with playground for the kids and plenty of room to walk on the oceans edge.
Transit
DRIVING DIRECTIONS If you are arriving via car and have a GPS / SatNav system in the car, please use 500 Burton Drive, Tavernier, Florida as the address. If you do not have a GPS device, you can find us from the mainland by taking the Florida Turnpike south to Exit 4 - Homestead/Key West. This is the Turnpike Extension that will connect you to Route US 1 in Florida City, which takes you through the Keys to Key West at the very end of US 1. Please be aware that speed limits throughout the Florida Keys are strictly enforced. Driving Route 1 to Key West is one of the most beautiful drives there so TAKE YOUR TIME. Please be especially careful through the Big Pine Key area as this is a Key Deer Refuge. Speed limits are reduced in this area. You can reach Ocean Pointe by following Route 1 south from Homestead, over the 20-mile causeway, past Key Largo and making a left onto Burton Drive at mile marker 92.5, just before the Circle K convenience store and Dairy Queen in the median. Ocean Pointe is approximately half mile down Burton drive on your right. GETTING HERE WITHOUT A CAR We understand that some of you will be traveling without a car. We would not recommend this, as there are many places to visit, and it could be significantly more expensive. Ride share apps such as Lyft and Uber are available in the area. Some possibilities to explore: The GREYHOUND KEYS SHUTTLE has daily scheduled departures from the Miami Airport to all areas in the Keys. CAR PARKING Parking is provided for two cars on site and is easily accessible to the unit. Please be aware that all guests must be registered prior to coming, and the plate numbers of cars provided.

Please note, the minimum age to book this condo is 25. MARINA RESERVATIONS Please note that we do not manage the marina and cannot guarantee availability for boat dockage. You will have to contact the Dockmaster at Ocean Pointe, please contact Oasis Vacation Rentals for the Dockmaster email address. You will be required to submit a copy of the vessel insurance and registration along with the trailer registration and room confirmation. Please be sure to attach all required documents during your initial submission as failure to do so will delay our ability to process your request. Use the Ocean Pointe Marina Amenity Reservation form to submit your request and required documentation directly to the Ocean Pointe dock master. To ensure you are able to use the marina and facilities prior to submitting a request, please see the general rules below: Rules/Regulations/Restrictions: • All operators of vessels in the marina must have a copy of a current insurance declaration page indicating a minimum of $300,000 bodily liability and $100,000 property damage coverage on file with the dock master. • Owned or commercially rented vessels must be registered and insured or rented in the name of the owner or registered guest staying on the property. • Vessels must not exceed 28ft registered length. (Note: maximum beam 9’6”) • Jet Skis, Wave runners, Sea Doo's or other PWC are not allowed on property or in the marina at any time.
House Rules
HOUSE RULES:
* Minimum age of primary guest checking in must be 25
* NO Commercial Vehicles of any kind
* The resort does not allow wet towels to be hung over the outdoor railings
* Personal kayaks must be stored in or on your vehicle during your stay
* Shoes must be stowed in the suite, not outside
* CHILDREN JUMPING ON OUR BEDS, creates costly damage to our bed frames.
* REFRIGERATOR: Please do not turn the fridge to the coldest setting, it will freeze up and stop working. It can take up to 9 hours to chill room temp products.
* Quiet time 10:00pm to 8:00am.
* NO Unauthorized Guests
* NO Luggage carts inside the condo
* NO PETS - ESA and Service Animals must be registered/approved by property manager
* Pack and Play, High Chair available for rent
* NO SMOKING-$500 cleaning fee if evidence of smoke is discovered
HURRICANE/TROPICAL STORM CANCELLATION POLICY
NO refunds will be given UNLESS:
The National Weather Service orders a MANDATORY evacuation of the Florida Keys, including Key Largo, Florida falling into the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area"
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order of the Florida Keys, including Key Largo, Florida falling into the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area", we WILL refund as follows:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered and leaves early
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted
c. Any advance deposits for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period
