Full Refund – for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in.
Bookings made within 30 days of check-in – receive a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
50% Refund – for cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in.

NO refunds will be given unless:
The National Weather Service issues a mandatory evacuation of the Florida Keys, including Key Largo, FL, within a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area.
In that case, refunds will be issued as follows:
Guests currently staying – refunded for any unused portion of rent if departing early.
Guests scheduled to arrive – refunded for any unused portion of rent if shortening their stay, beginning after the warning is lifted.
Guests with upcoming reservations during the Warning period – refunded any advance deposits.
