When you book a stay with Oasis Vacation Rentals in the Florida Keys, you agree to our clearly outlined Terms & Conditions. We prioritize transparency and guest satisfaction, so we’ve made our policies easy to understand—from reservation requirements and check-in times to our hurricane refund policy and house rules. Whether you're staying in Key Largo or elsewhere in the Upper Keys, we aim to provide a secure and seamless experience for every guest.

Welcome to OasisFloridaKeys.com, the official website of Oasis Vacation Rentals (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our website, booking a property, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation.
A valid government-issued ID and payment method are required.
Full payment and a signed rental agreement may be required prior to check-in.
Cancellation policies vary by property and will be outlined at the time of booking.
Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made outside the designated cancellation window.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen events.
HURRICANE / WEATHER POLICY:
NO refunds will be given for weather-related issues UNLESS:
The National Weather Service issues a MANDATORY evacuation of the Florida Keys, including Key Largo, Florida, and the area falls under a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning.
If a mandatory evacuation order is issued, we will refund as follows:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered who leaves early.
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest who is scheduled to arrive but chooses to shorten their stay and arrive after the warning is lifted.
c. Any advance deposits for reservations scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
Standard check-in time: 4:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees.
No parties or events unless explicitly approved in writing.
No smoking inside the home.
No pets allowed unless otherwise stated in the listing or agreed upon in writing.
Only registered guests may occupy the property.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
A security deposit may be required and will be returned after inspection of the property.
Excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests, or violations of house rules may result in additional charges.
Oasis Vacation Rentals is not responsible for:
Personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during your stay.
Weather events, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control (except as noted above).
Errors or omissions in property listings or descriptions.
