Perched atop Frady Mountain, the A-Frame is a Scandinavian-inspired cabin surrounded by trees, with winter mountain views and a true sense of retreat.
The open living room is built around a floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone gas fireplace (OCT–APRIL) and a leather sectional. The fully equipped kitchen has counter-height seating for four, and the dining table seats six with a view out to the deck.
Upstairs, the loft has the primary king suite with its own bath, plus a lounge with a couch that folds out into two twin floor mattresses for two more guests.
Step outside to the wraparound deck for dining and grilling, then down to the lower deck for the private hot tub and cedar barrel sauna. A short trail leads to a woodland fire pit with stump seating. The pickleball and basketball court sits right beside the A-Frame and is shared with the Lodge next door.

Guests have the entire A-Frame, including the private hot tub, cedar barrel sauna, decks and fire pit. The pickleball and basketball court is shared with the Lodge next door. Guests access the property with a keyless entry code that is activated on the day of arrival. Each guest gets their own code, active only from check-in to check-out, to ensure security.
Tucked away on a private road with only a handful of homes, this setting offers a rare sense of seclusion and quiet—without sacrificing convenience to Asheville's best restaurants, shops, and attractions. The hilltop is shared with the Lodge, a separate home also available to rent. You'll see it when you arrive, and the two homes share the pickleball and basketball court and the circular driveway. There is free parking for 3–4 vehicles.

We had a lovely stay at the A-Frame. Sean was very responsive and made sure our stay exceeded our expectations. They had everything we needed and the house was super clean, cozy and comfy. We used the kitchen for several meals and they had everything we needed. The living room was comfortable for our family of 4 adults and the beds were amazing. We all slept great! Being able to enjoy the hot tub after a long day of hiking was exactly what we needed. And since you are never too old for smores, we enjoyed the firepit while we were there as well. Getting around was pretty easy too (of course you have to rent a car). We were able to get anywhere we went within 10 to 30 minutes. I highly recommend Jeter Farms for apple picking, making your way up to Frying Pan Lookout for a sunrise experience, and going into Asheville to have dinner at Asheville Proper. I'd love to stay at one of Sean and Lauren's properties again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Asheville.

This cabin was beautiful and so close to everything downtown! Also very close to a Publix and anything else you might need on your trip. We had so much fun using the hot tub and fire pit. The place was very clean and Sean was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend booking this cabin if you have plans of visiting Asheville.

We had a wonderful stay! We had a last-minute change to our Airbnb plans, and Sean was able to accommodate us the same day without any issues. He was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The home was beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location. It felt private and secluded while still being close to grocery stores and other amenities. We especially loved the hot tub and the pickleball court—just wish we’d had more time to use the court! The location was also perfect for exploring the area, with very easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Sean’s place!

My kids begged to stay longer at this house. They were having a lot of fun playing pickleball, and we were all sad that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the many amenities. The house is in a serene, peaceful setting but is also very close to shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a restful stay. Sean was very proactive with instructions, and we were glad that we were able to check in pretty late in the evening without having to worry. Our kids were thrilled to find snacks waiting for them when they arrived hungry after a long night, and I was so thankful for the coffee they provided. We hope to be able to rent this house again and would recommend it highly.
