Perched atop Frady Mountain, the Lodge is a newly renovated 1960s ranch-style home with long-range winter views, privacy, and a true sense of retreat.
The open-concept living area has a gas fireplace (OCT–APRIL), a great room with walls of windows, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and an island that seats four. The sunroom dining table seats 12.
Downstairs, the Red Stag Lounge is a vintage-inspired retreat built around a second gas fireplace (OCT–APRIL), with karaoke, a wet bar, booth seating, and two vintage arcade games—perfect for unforgettable nights in.
Step outside to the highlight of the property: deck dining for 14, a private hot tub, a cedar barrel sauna, a covered patio with a pool table and ping-pong, and fire pit seating, all surrounded by trees. It feels completely secluded, yet you're just minutes from grocery stores and Asheville's top attractions.
The ridgetop also has a separate A-Frame cabin, rented on its own. Lodge guests have use of the shared pickleball and basketball court.
