This 3-bedroom Key Largo home sleeps 7 across two separate floors: a 2BR/1BA main home upstairs with a full kitchen and laundry, plus a 1BR/1BA apartment downstairs with its own entrance and kitchenette. Fire up the gas grill, float the afternoon away, and bring the boat, there's room for your trailer! Quiet street at mile marker 95, minutes from beaches, restaurants and the reef.
THE LAYOUT - A 2-story house with two separate living spaces. They are not connected inside, so you move between them from outside. - Upstairs main home: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, up a flight of stairs (no elevator). - Downstairs apartment: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with its own entrance off the pool deck. - Sleeps 7. - Beds: King (primary bedroom), King plus a twin trundle (guest bedroom), Full (downstairs apartment).
INSIDE - Upstairs: a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, and an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower that also opens into the primary bedroom. - The primary bedroom has a drop-down desk for anyone who has to check in with the office (sorry!). - Downstairs: a full bed, loveseat, kitchenette with a dining bar, and a walk-in shower.
THE BACKYARD - Your own private pool (not heated) and an oversized spa that seats 6 to 8 (heated on demand). - Lounge chairs, an umbrella, pool towels, and a gas grill for poolside BBQ.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT - Pool, spa and grill all to yourselves. Umbrella drinks encouraged! - Two separate spaces make it great for two couples, grandparents, or the teens who want their own hangout. - Room for your boat trailer, and a public boat ramp just down the road at Harry Harris Park. - Beach days made easy: Harry Harris Park is about 5 minutes away, and Cannon Beach and Far Beach at John Pennekamp are about 15 minutes north. Pick a favorite!
Self check-in with a keyless door code, sent to you before arrival. The upstairs home and the downstairs apartment each have their own outside entrance; the downstairs door is in the backyard next to the pool. The whole property is yours for your stay. Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM.
A quiet residential street at mile marker 95, right where Key Largo meets Tavernier. Snappers waterfront restaurant and Harry Harris Park (beach, playground and boat ramp) are a few minutes away. Tavernier Towne Plaza has Winn-Dixie, CVS, Dunkin' and a movie theater, and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is about 15 minutes north.
