Marina Rental Information

Boats docked at the Ocean Pointe Marina at sunset

Planning to Bring a Boat?

Ocean Pointe has a 24-slip oceanfront marina for boats up to 28 feet. Slips are very limited, they are not guaranteed, and Ocean Pointe owners get priority over guests.

Please check slip availability with the Ocean Pointe Dockmaster BEFORE you book your stay with Oasis. The marina is run by the Dockmaster, not by Oasis, so we can't reserve or guarantee a slip for you.

How It Works

  1. Call the Dockmaster to check slip availability for your dates.
  2. Book your Oasis stay at Ocean Pointe.
  3. Submit the marina reservation form with your documents (see below).
  4. The Dockmaster sends you an invoice.
  5. Once it's paid, you'll get your confirmation with your assigned slip or trailer spot.

When slips are confirmed

  • Boats 23 feet and under: no more than 4 weeks before arrival
  • Boats over 23 feet: no more than 2 weeks before arrival

Requests are reviewed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Anything sent after hours is reviewed the next business day.

What You'll Need

Have these ready on the device you'll use to fill out the form:

  • Boat and trailer registration. Must be in your name, or the registered owner must be with you and show ID at the gate.
  • Boat insurance. $300,000 bodily injury and $100,000 property damage, or a $300,000 combined single limit.
  • Your Oasis booking confirmation. A screenshot or photo is your proof of stay.

Arriving by water with no trailer? Just upload your boat registration in the trailer registration field.

Marina Rules

  • All reservations must be made before arrival. No walk-ups!
  • No boats or trailers through the gate without a confirmed reservation.
  • Boats over 28 feet (registered length) are not allowed.
  • No jet skis, jet boats or other jet-powered watercraft.
  • No cargo or utility trailers.
  • Marina checkout is 11:00 AM.
  • You must stay on property for your whole slip reservation. Leaving for more than 2 days? Remove your boat and let the Dockmaster know.
  • No-shows are cancelled 24 hours after arrival and the slip is released.

Good to know

Freshwater hoses are at both the trailer and slip areas for rinsing, and there are electrical outlets by the light poles at the marina. Bring an extension cord!
