Submit Documents

Provide insurance plus current boat and trailer registration.

Receive Approval

Wait for approval before bringing a boat or trailer onto the property.

✅ Requirements

📄 Boat Insurance

Minimum coverage required:

$300,000 liability
$100,000 property damage

🛥 Boat Registration

Current boat registration is required to enter Ocean Pointe property.

🚚 Trailer Registration

Current trailer registration is required if bringing a trailer.

🚫 Marina Restrictions

🚫 Boats over 28 ft registered length

🚫 Jet skis

🚫 Jet-powered boats

🚫 Cargo trailers

Marina space is limited, especially during peak weekends and holidays. Oasis Vacation Rentals cannot guarantee slip or trailer parking availability.
