Sunshine Paradise is one of a kind! Eclectic island decor you won't find anywhere else, plus a fantastic ocean view. King, two twins and a pull-out sofa, so the whole crew fits. Out the door: a gated resort with a pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball, beach and marina!

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT One of a kind, and so is the view!

CHECKING IN Self check-in with your own door code, sent before you arrive. The front gate is staffed 24/7; just give the guard the name on the reservation and you're in! Parking for 2 vehicles is included. Boats and trailers only with a confirmed dockmaster reservation.

POOL BAR: The resort's pool bar and waterfront cafe are temporarily closed as of October 2026. Plenty of great restaurants and waterfront bars in Key Largo and Islamorada are just a short drive away, and we're happy to share our favorites!

Ocean Pointe is a gated, 60+ acre waterfront resort in Tavernier at mile marker 92.5, smack in the middle of Key Largo and Islamorada. Best of both worlds!

Just up the road: John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, the country's first undersea park, with world-class snorkeling and diving. Just down the road: Islamorada, the Sportfishing Capital of the World, plus sandbars, waterfront restaurants and plenty of happy hours. Nearby favorites include Theater of the Sea, the History of Diving Museum, Robbie's (go feed the tarpon!), the Laura Quinn Wild Bird Sanctuary and the Turtle Hospital. Harry Harris Park, with a waterfront walk and playground, is right around the corner. Grocery stores and pharmacies are minutes away.

Good to know: the Keys are coral islands, so our beaches are cozy, not Cancún. The real magic is on the water! The closest larger public beach is Anne's Beach in Islamorada.

And don't leave without a slice of key lime pie. That's basically a house rule!

My three adult friends and I enjoyed our week at the condo during our scuba diving trip. Sean was very proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless arrival and check in. We were even given a list of items supplied and list of things we might need to bring. This made it very helpful as we arrived late in the evening and stores were closed. We were able to make sure we had necessary items to prepare our early dive trip. The condo is equipped with every basic kitchen item needed and we cooked every meal. We were so very thankful for the cooler provided as well. This came in very handy keeping our snacks cool on the boat. The condo was in white glove condition and the beds were super comfy. We also enjoyed relaxing watching movies on the comfy couches snuggled up in the throw blankets. The balcony gave us a beautiful view of the water and sunrise every morning. The resort was peaceful and other guests were very nice. We even used the charcoal grills.

Sean was a great host. Very responsive and available if needed. The condo was comfortable and very clean. However the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors on either side of we could hear them speaking in a normal voice if they were in the room next to the one you are in. And when in the living room you could hear their tv. Not at the fault of the host at all, just thought others should know when looking for a vacation home. The pool was great and easy to walk to. The beach was nice to relax at but wouldn’t exactly recommend swimming at the beach area. Overall a nice stay and would maybe stay again if I planned on being in an end unit where we would only have one neighbor to hear.

We picked this apartment in this complex because of the funky decor and the thoughtful way the space was set up - including a high top table and stools on the balcony to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening over looking the mangroves. There were plenty of towels, including ones for the communal pool. The beds were comfy and with fresh linens. A great location for exploring the Keys, within a short drive to some great local restaurants.

We’ve been coming to the Keys for years, and this was by far one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! Sean was extremely communicative and accommodating, and the condo was beautifully furnished and decorated exactly as pictured. We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean, and the in-unit washer and dryer was a huge bonus after two days of diving in Islamorada. The pool was perfect for cooling off and the location was convenient to great restaurants, grocery stores and everything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We loved staying here! Would definitely book again. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, gorgeous refrigerator with computer screen, the balcony view is to die for to watch the sunrise or sunset. Lots of nature outside even at night to view which made it an even more memorable experience staying here. Highly recommend! Patio is tight allowing only 2 on stools, but nice southern-facing view of Tavernier Key/Harbor. Boat friendly with option to store trailer or wet slip on-site. Bonus having Harry Harris Park ramp just up the street, which I found easier to launch and park trailer from. Nice location about 15 mins between Key Largo and Islamorada (w/out traffic).

The unit is as described. It’s very cute, clean and cozy. This unit is apart of a large group of condos, very touristy, managed by a third party. We enjoyed the room, however the pool was very cold (was supposed to be heated) and the hot tub was out of service when we were there. Also, if you are traveling with small children planning to stay in this condo - their is no lock on the front door from the inside so it can be a bit of a safety risk for any children who can open the door independently. The view of the ocean is beautiful and you can see sunsets from the balcony. Lots of wildlife around which was a lot of fun for the kids.

Absolutely beautiful interior with obvious designer taste, perfect furniture placement, coordinating fabrics, quality furniture, varied light options for ambience and function. Cheerful, functional, very clean throughout. We utilized the nearby pool and hot tub area each day & played pickleball with provided paddles. We snorkeled off private beach. Highly recommend for location to all types of charters:,We went with Islander Girls (thanks Tiffany and Chris!) and LOVED IT. Had many memorable visits with other guests, too. Kitchen was missing a few key items for efficient use (grater, potato peeler, rags/towels) but all easy fixes. Would be thrilled to come again!

we were looking for decent sleeping for a family of 5 adults. 2 bathrooms and 3 beds plus a pull-out fit the bill. it was exactly what we needed. a little more bedding weight would make the beds a little more like home comfy but that's our personal preference. showers are pretty low flow but that would be the only critical feedback. we would definitely recommend these condos over hotel rooms. The TV was great after a long day on the water.

Wonderful stay! Looks just like the pictures, especially the sunrise on the balcony! We had an easy time getting in through the entrance and thr unit. The elevator and carts were great for loading and unloading. What a beautifully decorated unit! The living room fit all five of us perfectly . Having two bathrooms with five people was wonderful. The beds in the rooms were great, if you use the pullout…expect a pull out mattress. Had all the necessities to make breakfast, fridge is huge! The pool and pool area were clean and had plenty of chairs. Didn’t get to use the hot tub, but it was up and running. Saw other reviews about noise, did not notice any at all and I am a light sleeper. Maybe because it wasn’t very busy yet, but was pleasantly surprised! What a perfect location on the water and a little secluded, felt very private and quiet. 10/10 would come back again. Thanks!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Sean. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich und entsprach in allen Punkten den Bildern. Die Anlage um die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, es gibt ein bewachtes Tor und einen großen Gemeinschaftspool der bis spät abends offen war. Dennoch möchten wir auf ein paar Dinge hinweisen: Wir waren Mitte August dort, es gab auf der Anlage sehr viele Mücken - am besten ein Spray mitbringen (in der Wohnung kein Problem, es gab ein Fliegengitter) Die Wände zu den Nachbarwohnungen sind sogar für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr dünn, man hört die Nachbarn sehr deutlich. Es gibt allerdings eine Nummer für Beschwerden beim Sicherheitsdienst. Die Toilette am Schlafzimmer hatte ein paar Mal Probleme mit der Spülung, es steht bereits ein Pömpel daneben, das Problem scheint also öfter vorzukommen. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft von Sean jederzeit empfehlen!

Sean and Denise’s place was absolutely amazing! My family of five had a vacation of a lifetime staying in Tavernier/Key Largo. Being able to bring our boat with us and rent a slip in the community with a parking space for the trailer made this vacation incredibly convenient, easy and relaxing. We woke up each day to an unmatched view of the Atlantic Ocean, casually walked to our boat and headed out for days on the water snorkeling, tubing, and fishing. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms, towels and linens were clean and comfortable as well. The modern refrigerator with touchscreen interactive display kept our 6-yr old entertained. Having a full-sized washer and dryer made cleaning clothes and drying towels convenient. We loved everything about this place and look forward to coming back in the future! Excellent hosts who communicated clearly and checked in to make sure we enjoyed our stay without issue.

We enjoyed our stay at this nicely decrated condo with the beautiful view of the water and top notch appliances. Our only disappointment was that the balcony overlooking the water was too small for a comfortabe chair-- just two uncomfortable stools and a table just large enough for drinks. But there is a very large swimming pool and a nice marina with sand and deck chairs that we enjoyed. There were also tennis and pickleball courts. It seems to be a good place for families with children.

Sunshine Paradise was beautiful and relaxing. It felt like being in our personal home. The furnishings and decor were beautiful and comfortable. The color scheme was beachy and calming. We love staying at the Ocean Pointe Suites. Whenever we come to Key Largo, we always stay here because the amenities are amazing (tennis, pool, sunrise views). We've stayed at a variety of units at Ocean Pointe and while this unit was decorated the best we did find that the low water pressure in both of the showers was a bit of a struggle, but other than that it's a stunning unit!

This place is even better than the photos. It's very nicely decorated and the king bed in the master is very comfortable. The view out the back really makes you feel like you're on vacation. Although we had people staying in the neighboring condo, we only heard them during the day from the living room and never from the bedrooms at night. We slept better here than we do at home. There is a great restaurant option a mile away, one of the best Italian meals we've ever had. It was a short drive to the Key Largo dive shop we went diving every day. We would definitely stay here again - great value as compared to a condo we stayed at in Key Largo last month.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sean’s place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. The view was breathtaking! Also, as someone who is absolutely terrified of bugs I was so scared to find one (which is pretty inevitable in Florida). I am glad to say I did not see one bug while we were there! Per the guest book the property is sprayed for bugs every month! We would definitely recommend Sean’s place and would stay there again if we return to Tavernier!

This place was exactly as pictured, wonderful decor and great location! The apt was perfect for our family of 4, the beds were super comfy and it had everything we needed. The apt is very close to the pool and pickle ball courts- which was great as well. They even had a food truck next to the pool - very convenient. The condo is also very close to many restaurants. We ended up renting a boat nearby and spent a day in the water. There are also parks and shopping nearby - the location is perfect to enjoy diverse activities. Highly recommend Sean's place! Ocean point was a perfect location for our Upper Keys vacation. The amenities -pool, beach and marina was perfect on our chill days. My husband and son were able to night fish off the marina docks. The abundant wildlife was spectacular to see as they sailed by the balcony and swam alongside at the beach. The condo itself was very clean with a relaxed but tasteful decor. The location was perfect for us as there are many things to on Isla morada 10 min drive and state parks to adventure out to. The Winn Dixie was a few minutes drive away which was also super convenient. We fully enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The hosts were lovely and were available if needed. They checked in just enough to make sure things were going well.

This condo was recently renovated and is beautiful, clean and well equipped! The view is stunning from the balcony! Ocean Pointe has a very nice and warm pool and also a large hot tub. The small beach is very nice and there are some comfortable sectional seating groups in a covered pavilion nearby. The pool and beach area and the grounds generally are very well maintained. We enjoyed some restaurants nearby. Our favorite was the Square Grouper and we also enjoyed Lazy Days and Wahoos. Small local more casual spots we enjoyed were Habanos by the Creek and What The Fish Roll. Finally, the Blonde Giraffe has excellent key lime pie and a very peaceful patio and garden. Worth the stop! We day tripped to Key West. About 2 - 2 1/2 hours each way and parking is a little hard to find, but worth the visit. Bagatelle is a really excellent restaurant there. Sean and Denise were responsive and excellent hosts. We highly recommend this condo!

Super cute and comfortable! Exactly as pictured and very clean. Easy to find and easy to access the unit. The view is beautiful and there is a cute little pier off the property beach to watch the sunset. Check in and out instructions were clear and sent in a timely manner. We didn't need anything else while we were there so we didn't need to reach out to the host but seemed like they would have been quick to respond if needed.
