Wake up to the Atlantic from your oversized balcony! This 4th-floor 2BR/2BA condo at Sea Gulls sleeps 4, with an elevator and an open kitchen and living room. Downstairs you've got a heated pool, a beach with tiki huts and grills, a kayak launch, and a game room with ping pong and foosball. Fish off the beach, paddle at sunrise, and grab breakfast at Harbor Cafe just minutes away. Weekly rental.

THE LAYOUT - Sea Gulls condo in Tavernier, mile marker 89.9. - 4th floor, with an elevator. - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 4. - Beds: King (primary bedroom), two Twins (guest bedroom).

INSIDE - Open floor plan: the kitchen and dining area flow right into the living room and out to the balcony. - Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. - Cable TV and Wi-Fi. - Coin laundry on every floor.

THE VIEW - Oversized balcony with an angled ocean view.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT - Heated pool, beach, tiki huts and kayak launch, all steps from the elevator. - Game room and gym for rainy days. - Fish right off the beach (bring your license!).

Keyless entry to the condo, with your code sent before arrival. You'll get one key fob for the stairwells, pool and common areas, plus a parking hang tag for the Sea Gulls lot. Wear your rental wristband in the common areas.

Building is very secure with surveillance cameras throughout. Heated swimming pool, kayak launch, beach area with tiki huts and laundry facilities just steps away. Restaurants in the area include Harbor Cafe, Old Tavernier and the newest addition, The Crooked Palm Cabana. Kayak rentals are available close by as well and some of the companies offer drop off at Sea Gulls.

Ours was a literal last minute stay, due to a recent health complication, booked the day before. This threw some challenges their way, but, they accomodated us and building management to make it happen. This was our first stay in Segulls. LOVED the balcony. We've stayed at another property just up the road numerous times, with postage stamp sized balconies. This place was so nice, we had breakfast on the balcony all but one morning. The balcony runs pretty much east and west, so it doesn't have that oppressive direct sunlight and UV exposure, but still has a nice ocean view. Even in the middle of the afternoon it is shaded, comfortable, and has a wonderful breeze. The building is at the end of the street, literaly at the edge of the Atlantic ocean, so no traffic noise. The building itself was very well maintained. We loved the pool, and it felt like it was heated ever so slightly. All in all, I only gave it 5 stars because the form wouldn't let me give it 6.

This is a great location to explore the keys!! Condo is perfect, everything you need. Very clean! Nice and quiet complex, beautiful pool, game room and beach. We did not cook while there, too many great restaurants nearby. Winn Dixie is very close for basic groceries. If you want to cook there the kitchen is ready for you. We had a great time!!

Will be very nice when outside construction complete. Just check schedule. No building repair construction outside ongoing during our stay 27 DEC to 3 JAN 2023, but obvious ongoing construction and schedule set and restart of work again day of our check out. It should be very nice when complete fix up outside is done. Inside of unit was very modern, new kitchen and all appliances. All amenities expected and more. I'd stay there again and would expect it to be an even better value. Well lighted in kitchen and living room areas. Larger than we expected. Four people easily and with in unit washer and dryer. Minor problem with refrigerator not producing ice but bag ice furnished and other immediate attention to notification of issue.
