Key Largo Home with Private Spa and Pool!!

This location was perfect. It was close to locations that we wanted to visit and it looked just like the pictures. It worked out great too because my parents were able to take the apartment downstairs and my sister and I had our own rooms upstairs, and we had the living room to hang out together. We also used the pool everyday, and having a private pool was just what we wanted and needed. Thanks again!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Sean and Denise were excellent hosts—friendly, responsive, and proactive with communication from booking through checkout. Check-in was easy, and they went out of their way to accommodate an early arrival. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Key Largo.

Was a pleasant stay, we had arrived earlier than expected and they still allowed us to check in prior to original time. The host was always responding immediately concerning any issues me and my group had run into during the stay (which were very few) and were extremely friendly. Very nice amenities, as well as great value for what you get. Checking in and out was seamless and easy, the Airbnb was very clean upon arrival, overall an amazing experience, will be staying here again in the future given the chance.

The location is great and the neighborhood is quite. The lower level was great for my parents who joined us. The pool was a must in the heat and great big shades for high sun. Perfect family friend environment.

Sean's place was a great location for me to treat my three adult sons to a long weekend of Florida sunshine. It's a typical beach style house with basic construction and accoutrements, one king-size bed, a double and bunks. TV in every room. Very nice pool and spa. Everything well maintained.

Great spot for our family and friends as we explored the keys. The pool was very nice and warm. They room layout was perfect for 2 families and the kids.

We had a very pleasant stay. The pool and hot tub were great, we spent a fair amount of time in both. Snappers restaurant was recommended, excellent recommendation the food and atmosphere were great. We fished out of Islamorada great charter 3 sailfish, large shark and a barracuda. Ala in all I would recommend a stay.

Would we stay here again? Absolutely. The home was clean and exactly as described in the listing. We especially loved the pool and spa, as well as the peaceful neighborhood. Our favorite morning ritual quickly became enjoying coffee on the screened-in front porch. One feature not fully highlighted in the listing is the downstairs mini-suite by the pool—an excellent option if you're traveling with adult children or others who might appreciate extra privacy or their own entrance. Our only minor concerns were the limited overhead lighting in the kitchen and the somewhat awkward setup of the driveway fence/gate. Otherwise, Sean was extremely responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful Keys location.

The house was perfect for our group of four! It was very clean and cozy, with a beautiful pool. The kids especially loved the pool and the bunk-bed room. The hosts were quick to respond to messages, honest, and welcoming. We arrived right at check in time and one of the hosts was cleaning the pool from a recent wind event. These hosts went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Our entire family genuinely enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this house if you’re planning a visit to the Florida Keys.

Sean was pro active and responsive in his communication before we got there. He even changed the access codes so we had the same code for upstairs and downstairs. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! Great location and was close to great restaurants and activities. Backs to trees which added privacy. Would stay here again!

My friends and I had an amazing time at Sean’s place for my bachelor party weekend. The house was clean, comfortable, and felt very homey - perfect for a group getaway. The jacuzzi in the backyard was an awesome touch, and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. I highly recommend staying with Sean for any Key Largo trip, and we’ll definitely be booking with him again the next time we’re down there.

Great house to stay in . Close to the main road for easy access in and out . walking distance to restaurant by the water .

The house was in a great neighborhood with easy parking. The pool and spa were easy to use and a great addition to the space. The front deck was a nice place to have a drink or breakfast. We went to Snappers, Italian Food Co., and Hog Heaven for lunch and dinner and they were all within 10-15 mins and had great food. We would definitely stay again.

Sean was an excellent host and his place was perfect for us. The back yard was a perfect private space with the pool and hot tube. We would book again if we come back.

We had a great time here. Sean was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. The only thing I wish was noted that the bikes were not available. In the listing, it says they are. Other than that, clean & lots of space.

We just came home from our vacation and we had a fantastic time. The house was exactly like it was listed and they were very responsive if we had any questions. The pool and spa were amazing and we spent a lot of time in them. We highly recommended this house and host.

Overall the house was nice! We enjoyed the screened in porch at night, the ability to heat the hot tub as most of the week was rainy, and the grill with propane for family dinners. The separate apartment underneath was very nice for our family. Although the listing says there are bicycles, I messaged the host that there weren’t any and was told they have not had them for 12-16 months due to insurance. There are bike accessories, but you’d have to rent bikes. It is also noteworthy that the ground and floors are slightly uneven, enough to have to watch your step. A nice place for our first time to the keys!

Loved our stay here and would absolutely stay here again. House was spotless, pool and spa tub were perfect in early May. Snapper’s restaurant is about 3 minutes away and was fantastic. Only thing I would change is the outdoor games and pool floats were in need of new replacements but it was a perfect and peaceful place to stay for me and my fiancé.

My family had a wedding in Key Largo and wanted a nice space to hold 6 people with a private pool. This place matched our needs perfectly! It's incredibly spacious, has amazing amenities and of course had the most beautiful pool and spa. I loved how there was a separate downstairs area with a kitchenette so my husband and I could have extra space as well. It was also close distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Sean always answered quickly and offered help if we ever needed it. It was the perfect house for our little getaway.

I am typically not an Airbnb person, as I prefer a hotel. This home was better than any resort we could’ve stayed at. Check in was simple. The home was beautiful. The location was perfect. Our favorite part was the second space that was separate from the main house. We are a family of four (mom, dad and two kids) who were traveling with my sister. She was able to have her own space with a private bathroom and entrance and could “go home” when the craziness of two kids was enough. Both units were adequately stocked with towels and linens. The kitchens had anything you could need including coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans. The pool and hot tub were incredible! So much so, that we took two full days and only left for dinner! Sean and Denise were great hosts and super responsive! We will be back.

Excellent place to stay in Key Largo. Yet perfect location between Islamorada and Key Largo to make traveling to either a breeze. Kids loved the pool / hot tub combo, and the parents enjoyed having a deck with umbrella to enjoy at the same time. Accommodations were perfect for two small families to split, and yet have enough shared spaced for the group. Would definitely come back when traveling to the area again.

We had the most amazing vacation! Loved the privacy, location and the pool/hot tub! It was perfect for our group of 6 and so easy to relax.

Nice house, very clean and tidy. Great outaide areas. (Porch, deck and pool) Quite neighborhood. Bikes were a let down. Only 2 of 5 were operational. Local beach nearby with no parking, so bikes would have been nice. Never able to figure out how to get lights and fans on on the deck and porch. Tried remote with no success.

Sean and the house are amazing!! I was confused on how to work the hot tub and he sent me his personal phone number so I could call him and he could walk me through it. He is so friendly, which was the cherry on top for such a great house - a private pool, working hot tub, and plenty of seating outside as well as activities at the house to do! Highly, highly recommend and will rebook if I’m ever taking a trip to Key Largo again!

Sean and Denise are great hosts! Provided clear instructions and available anytime to respond and accommodate any questions requests. The house is in great condition and has all the amenities you could possibly need! The backyard is beautiful and the pool/jacuzzi of great use! Definitely coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful backyard area that was really private with a nice pool and hot tub. The separate apartment downstairs is was a great addition as well. Sean was easy to communicate with. The location in the Keys made it an easy home base with many activities within a close distance to make for a great trip, while still enjoying down time poolside.

Our family of five came to the Keys for a wedding in Islamorada. This property was the perfect, private getaway for our family. The back yard and pool was gorgeous and where we spent most of our time. Our oldest son enjoyed the independence of the downstairs cabana house which was beautiful and convenient for cooking meals and grilling on the patio. We also had a blast playing with the outdoor games in the front under the stairs. Great restaurant within walking distance right on the water. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. If we ever come back to the Keys, we would love to book another stay here!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our scuba vacation! The private pool was a great bonus, and check-in/check-out was seamless. The owners were super responsive and easy to get in touch with, which made our stay even better. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

The hosts and the property were great. For a house not on the water in the Keys, you can’t ask for much more. Walking distance to a restaurant and 15 minute drive to Islamorada. Would highly recommend this location!

We had a great time here! The pool was awesome for the kids and the big umbrellas were a huge bonus!! We were traveling as two families so the split house allowed each family privacy. Close enough drive to Islamorada (15 mins approx). House was clean and loaded with everything you need for cooking and cleaning. Would recommend bringing paper plates and cups if you have children as all the plates were glass. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

We were treated very well, outstanding hospitality and true professionals down to every detail. The house was great, full bedroom and bath below, the rest is upstairs. Great parking, lots of privacy, super quiet surroundings. Our favorite was the pool! It is the star of the show IMO. Salt water, felt great on your skin after hours of being lazy. Highly recommended, would stay again. Forgot my stuff in the dryer, they mailed it to me that morning, how do you beat that?? Awesome!!

Sean’s place was a great landing spot for our 2 families after a kids’ tournament. We loved the pool - felt very private surrounded by beautiful landscaping and the tall trees behind the home. Plenty of room for everyone (4 adults, 3 kids) between the 2 levels. Kitchens had everything we needed, plus a functioning Traeger outside to grill out on the 4th of July (& 2 other grills!). Beds were comfy. Sean & Denise are great responsive hosts.

Good house to stay in when you’re in the area.

Excellent stay for the 6 people in our group. The backyard space is awesome and the home is well located to various local attractions. The place was well stocked with what we needed and the instructions were very clear. The gates to the driveway swing open, so be sure to secure them if you’re visiting when high winds are forecasted (like we were). They warned us about this too, which was nice. Really responsive and courteous! We will be back!

Great host, perfect house for a family vacation. My husband and I got the private downstairs area to be away from family at times which was super helpful! The pool and spa area is wonderful, especially after being in the sun all day- it’s nice and shaded and cool but not cold. The host was very responsive and everything was great. The beds are a little stiff but I like a firm bed, my family are soft bed people though. The couch really needs to be replaced but we really didn’t stay in that space much anyways, we were around the large table or outside on the lower patios. Highly recommend!

Great place, stayed here with a group of retired veterans. All of who loved the place, which was close to several of the charter fishing boats and restaurants.

This was such a fun place to stay and it was so beautiful and colorful and clean!! I didn’t want to leave! Beautiful home and nice hosts. They have all the extra amenities. I didn’t realize there was no indoor staircase linking the top and bottom floors but I actually liked day because it added privacy but it’s something to keep in mind. Pool was so clean and pretty. Easy to find and easy to love. Hope I can stay here again one day

Sean and Denise were welcoming and thorough in their response—always answered our questions regarding planning and were readily available for questions when we arrived . Check in was a breeze. This was the first time my family was able to gather under one roof for a very long time and it was perfect for us! Plenty of room, a nice open kitchen, AND washers and dryers! The kids were in the pool every waking moment. We had a wonderful time.

Love love LOVED this place! Met for a girls trip and everyone agreed we would absolutely stay here again. Was just as described/pictured and was spotless. They even had dish soap and brand new sponges in both kitchens which I especially appreciated. (We're a group of healthcare workers and I brought my own cleaning supplies that I did not need). There were multiple spaces to sit comfortably and hang out outside. The host responded to every inquiry/message almost immediately every time. Great space.

The stay was nothing but perfect everything matched the description. The pool was perfect temp and so was the hot tube. Check in was very easy. The house at Key Largo was exactly as described and shown by the pictures. Sean and Denise were great hosts responding promptly to questions and requests. The house is divided with an upstairs with 2 bedrooms and a separate downstairs next to to the pool with 1 bedroom. Recommend.
