Unforgettable Island Escape! Our trip to the Florida Keys was absolute perfection from start to finish. The laid-back, tropical vibe immediately puts you into vacation mode. The rental was so nice, cozy, and spotlessly clean, and our host, Sean, made sure everything ran smoothly for our stay. We loved spending time out on the water fishing and taking in the stunning ocean views. Every evening was capped off with breathtaking sunsets and incredible fresh seafood. Having such a great host and comfortable setup made the whole experience effortless and relaxing. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Good location! Enough space for the seven of us and had a great time with my family (five kids age 9 to 22). Pool table was fun for the kiddos. It looks like this place at one point may have been two separate units as you do have to the stairs outside to get between the floors.

The host is nice, responsive and jumped into action when we had a problem. The location is nice, you can see Largo Sound from the balcony and it feels pretty safe, with plenty of adults and kids walking or playing in the neighborhood. The house is nice, but the furniture could use some updating, particularly, the couches and beds. It was a good value.

We had such an amazing time at this rental, had everything you could possibly need and more. The place was spotless, AC was cold as ice, beds were very comfortable. Shawn was very quick to respond, Kitchen had everything you needed, great water pressure, hot showers. Multiple kayaks and bicycles. Fishing less than 100ft from the front door. It is also in a great location, about a mile from John pennycamp. Tons of great restaurants close and multiple places to watch the sunset. We will definitely be back to stay their again. Thanks for a wonderful time and memories!

This place is better than the photos! We felt right at home and did not want to leave :) It was so beautiful, our favorite part had to be the huge screened in porch with fans that kept us cool. The interior of the home is gorgeous and so spacious and has everything you might need. The location is great and you can even see the water while you relax on the screened patio. Lots of pillows and extra blankets! And to top it off, Sean is an amazing host! He is super efficient and you can find comfort knowing he is right there if you need him. He takes the time to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We were also given many amazing recommendations to enjoy during our trip. So many restaurants nearby that we loved and we didn’t even have time to try them all! I would stay here again and again, it was so beautiful and very cozy! 🥰🖤

We had a lovely stay - there were some issues with some of the lighting downstairs but they were not able to fix it until our after departure, not a huge deal and they were very responsive. Great location next to Pennekamp, we enjoyed walking to the hideout for breakfast and taking a dip at the little beach down the road.

My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs and had a wonderful time! We booked same day and Sean was helpful and quick to respond and accommodate our reservation. The house was easy to find and is located in a private neighborhood and overlooks the water, it was quiet and peaceful. The home was clean and had all necessary amenities, we felt right at home! This was our first time visiting the Keys so we also really appreciated all the local recommendations as it was also close to many restaurants, shops and attractions We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Key Largo and cannot wait to visit again!

Super flexible with rescheduling dates due to our changing travel plans. if you hook the entire place make sure you know that it is a split level. We had 3 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. Just understand that if you have a group as large as ours you will have to stay on both floors and the only way to change floors is to go outside. Both floors are basically full apartments. Very unique setup and it worked well for us.

The house and views are lovely. The manager is very responsive. We had more space than anticipated. We didn’t need to use a sofa bed for the 3rd son. He instead used the downstairs level bedroom and bathroom (not internally connected). Downstairs we also enjoyed playing pool and we watched March Madness on the televisions on both floors. Upstairs we found the two bedrooms and one bathroom and open living, dining snd kitchen. The screened in porch was perfect for reading and visiting. My only suggestion is for the owner to provide directions or label the light and fan switches. I also thought more kitchen items would be helpful. I had trouble finding a sheet pan for the oven when making bacon. We would definitely stay here again. It felt very private and was quiet. Thank you for having us.

Excellent place to stay especially with a larger group. Lots of things to do and within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. Sean allowed some flexibility with checkin which was great. The place was clean with lots of extras you wouldn’t expect.

My wife and I stayed here for our diving trip and it was bigger than we thought! Would definitely book here again with our family! The water access and kayak amenity was perfect for a morning on the water. And the screened in porch was the best spot in the house to watch the sunrise/sunset. It was close to the grocery store and some really good restaurants! 10/10 stay!

Excellent communication with hosts. Lovely setting and and convenient location. I didn't realize the levels were not connected from the inside, but this ended up not being troublesome. Water pressure and heating/cooling no issues. Comfortable accommodations. Excellent view, loved drinking coffee on the screened porch!!! Quiet neighborhood and nicely tucked away from busier areas.

Sean’s place is clean, spacious, well-equipped and in a good location for North Keys if you accept you need to drive almost everywhere! Use of kayaks and a nearby launching beach was a real bonus. Highly recommended and we would stay again.

Beautiful view from screened in porch!

This house was in a great location and very clean. Easy access to the little beach a few houses up the road. The kayaks being provided was awesome! We took them out one afternoon and saw a pod of dolphins. Awesome sunrises everday and a great cafe for breakfast within the community. The house is set up perfect for multiple couples.

Sean is a very communicative host. He responds in a timely manner and all directions for checking in and out were very clear. The space was clean and we had everything we needed. The view of the water from the porch was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. We were only there for 1 day and 2 nights. We didn’t use the downstairs but we looked at it and it would be great for additional guests.

Great location on the water with a woodland trail nearby. Quiet and with more space to explore than much of the more built up surrounding neighborhoods. House was perfect, spacious, and had everything we needed.

Sean’s place was really great and in a quiet neighborhood. We were a family of four with a 15 yr old and 11 yr old. They loved playing pool at night and we all enjoyed the kayaking just up the street. During the day we were out and about discovering the Keys. The lush greenery was so beautiful just outside the porch upstairs. The only thing negative is that one of the beds was very hard, where no one could sleep in it and the other beds were squeaky when you moved. Overall, a great stay but improving the mattresses would add so much value to our rest at night.

Sean’s place was the perfect location for a Key Largo get away. The house offered enough space for us to spread out and relax, with multiple outdoor areas. The screened porch was perfect for enjoying the evening air without worrying about mosquitos. It was very easy to find the house and get inside.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, close drive to a lot of places and easy walk to a breakfast cafe. The house was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. The screened porch was lovely and the gardens have private landscaping with lots of trees and palms. The communication from hosts was excellent.

We stayed at Sean and Denise’s house for 2 nights. The property is spacious, beautifully furnished, and well equipped — each floor has its own small kitchen, and there are two outdoor grills (gas and charcoal). The location is excellent, just minutes from John Pennekamp State Park where we enjoyed snorkeling. Sean and Denise were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There were, however, a few issues. We had trouble opening the locks at first, the bed in the upstairs master bedroom was too soft for us, and there was a noticeable odor in that room as well as from the living room sofa. Plug-in air fresheners were placed in almost every room, which made the chemical scent very strong. After unplugging them, it got better, but the upstairs bedroom and the sofa still had unpleasant smells. In contrast, the bedroom with two beds was much more comfortable — firmer mattresses and no odor. Overall, this is a lovely home in a fantastic location with attentive hosts.

My family and I had the best time! We will definitely be back.

Great house for a family vacation! The 2-story home allows the early-birds to get up and get going, while the sleepy-heads rest up! The screened-in lanai was a blessing.

We had an amazing stay at Sean and Denise’s beautiful two-story home in Key Largo! Our entire group slept comfortably, and the house was spotless from top to bottom. The pool table downstairs was a fun bonus, and we had plenty of space to park our 20-foot boat plus two cars with no issues. The location is perfect — several boat ramps and great bars are just minutes away, and the neighbors were all very friendly. Sean and Denise were incredible hosts, super helpful and welcoming, and they even allowed us a late checkout so our large group could pack up without stress. We’re already planning to book this place again in the future and would highly recommend it to any family or group visiting Key Largo or the surrounding areas!

Loved our stay in Key Largo. The house was clean, bright and beautiful. We loved the screened in porch. We had our morning coffee there while enjoying watching boats go by. The house is big with two floors to live in. We stayed on the 2nd floor since there was only 3 of us. The a/c worked great. We enjoyed breakfast at The Hideout restaurant near by. Would recommend this house. It's on a quiet street.

The house was very cute, clean and comfortable. It was well-equipped for cooking, and had plenty of regular towels plus beach towels. We loved the outdoor space, particularly the screen porch. The hosts were super communicative - we had an issue with the shower head and they came and fixed it right away. Would recommend this spot!

Casita Su was the perfect home base for our Key Largo getaway! The space was super relaxing with plenty of room for the whole family to unwind. We especially loved the outdoor patio—ideal for evening hangs around the fire pit (marshmallows not included, but highly recommended).The location is a hidden gem—tucked in near water access, a marina, and a cozy little restaurant that we might’ve “accidentally” visited more than once. Easy to find, tons of parking, and close to everything you’d want in Key Largo without feeling touristy.If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a laid-back Keys experience, Casita Su delivers. We’ll definitely be back!

The property is exactly as described. Perfect for families or a group of friends to go with the game room downstairs. Also provided is a binder with recommendations around the keys which was extremely useful.

We were blown away by the space, amenities, cleanliness and homey feel of this vrbo. The upper and lower apartments easily fit our group of 5 and we realistically could have fit at least 3 more! This was a fantastic deal and we are so thankful to have found this property. Hosts were friendly and helpful, and responded to messages very quickly. You will not be disappointed!

My two children and I had a great time staying at Sean’s place. We only used the upstairs. We really enjoyed the second floor screened porch with breezes from the ocean! It was very relaxing.

Very clean. Open and spacious. The screened in porch facing the lagoon was especially nice, with doors opening from the dining room that we could leave open (cool enough weather in February to not need the air conditioner). Situated on a dead end street, it was very quiet. Nice area to be able to take walks. There were even manatees in the lagoon behind the house! Beds were comfortable. We didn't use the patio out back, but it offered another outdoor area to relax in. Would stay here again.

This was a good spot for my family. Clean, newly renovated and private. The screened in porch, with a view of the water, was my favorite part. This was very close to snorkeling and the state park. I knew going in that this was two units (up and down) and the outdoor stairs are used to access them. It worked well for us (but is something to consider if you have little kids). I'd be happy to stay here again.

This was a very nice property with plenty of parking. It was a very quiet location, had wifi and cable TVs, very clean and just felt like home. There were many restaurants within minutes and a variety of watersports locations within minutes of the location. I wouldn't hesitate to return here in the future.

Great place to hang with friends and family. Watching the sunrise over the water from the front porch while sipping coffee was a great way to start each day. Plan ahead if bringing a boat, the street is very tight, and driveway looks much bigger in pictures. Better to pay for parking boat\trailer at Pennecamp or Caribbean Club. Will consider staying again in the future. Hosts are excellent communicators.

Sean’s place is beautiful and the location is great for Key Largo. The units are independent - there’s a lower level and an upper level. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The checkout time is 10am and check in is 4 pm- to me 10 am is early and I tried to contact the host but he never replied to my request until the day of and gave me an extra hr till 11 to leave. I was relieved but surprised when the cleaning lady showed up at 8:30 am as I was taking my son to scuba - even through the original check out time is 10. She did leave after I contacted the host but I felt rushed and uncomfortable with the situation. Another recommendation I would make is to invest in better quality- perhaps cotton sheets and mattress for the main bedroom upstairs. The unit is beautiful but the sleeping experience lagged so I switched to the smaller room because the mattress was better there. We also had an issue with my PSD but that got resolved through air bnb.

The home was lovely. Good location, it was private, but still convenient to things. We enjoyed the tiny swimming beach. Because the house is on a cul-de-sac, the little beach at the end of the block is basically a Semi-private beach. We really enjoyed the screened in front porch. It gave us a place to sit outside and enjoy without being bothered with any of the Florida bugs. Overall it’s a nice quiet and private place to stay in Key Largo.

We loved the house and spent many hours on the screened in porch that looked out at the sound. The property manager was very responsive to any needs. We realized there wasn't a toaster in the house and she brought one over in a few hours. The kitchen did not have a lot of dishes/pots/pans, but for the two of us it was fine. It's a fun neighborhood to walk around. You have to visit the Hideout for breakfast or lunch. It's a little gem with great food. Lots of other great restaurants and bars within a couple miles driving distance. The downstairs, which you have full access to via a separate entrance, has another bedroom and bathroom, as well as a small kitchenette and a pool table.

The property is better than advertised. It is beautiful, clean and has everything needed to enjoy a long weekend or a week or 2! The location was quiet with almost no traffic. Both the upstairs and downstairs are pristine and inviting, very comfortable with an enclosed porch upstairs and a fabulous patio outside, this is a GREAT place to stay! We’ll come back!!

If you're looking for a beautifully decorated space with plenty of room, a peaceful screened in porch overlooking the Largo Sound, and a cozy back patio to crash in the evening, you've found the right place. We found the Casita to be very clean, cool, and well equipped with essentials and a few perks to enjoy our stay. It's conveniently located near the Pennekamp State Park for some fun in the sun, and a short Uber ride away from some fantastic local bars and grills in the evening to enjoy the amazing sunsets. While the food and drinks were great, breakfast was the highlight of the weekend. I highly recommend taking an early morning walk (less than 10 minutes) or a breezy bike ride (less than 5 minutes) down to the Hideout for an incredible breakfast with beautiful views.

We loved staying @ Sean’s place! It fit our family of 5 perfectly. The space is furnished beautifully & has everything you need for a sweet stay. It’s super comfortable, has plenty of seating for family meals & a movie night, a great screened in patio porch for relaxing or meals & a fabulous space downstairs for recreation! Was a great place to stay when visiting the Keys!

This place was perfect for our family. It has two separate units which is perfect if you have multiple adults or families. It was very clean. I loved the little extra amenities that were offered. It looks like it was recently remodeled. It looked brand new inside. It was a beautiful property with a view of the water. It also had a cute backyard that felt private even though it was close to other houses. We would definitely stay again! Our only complaint is the upstairs couch was not very comfortable to lounge on.

Sean’s place is great. Wonderful surroundings and close to everything in Key Largo. Both levels have great layouts and we especially enjoyed the pool table. I’m looking forward to staying again.

Sean’s place was a little heaven on earth. Quiet neighborhood, awesome view from the balcony to the ocean. We appreciated the bug net while enjoying our meals on the balcony. Bedding was perfect and whole the house was nicely decorated.

Sean and his team were outstanding to work with! All of our questions had extremely timely responses from the moment we first inquired about the rental to the conclusion of our trip. The place was sparkling clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Having the bonus of a washer/dryer (although small, but perfect for quick loads) was a nice touch. Would return for sure.

This place is not next to John Pennekamp and the photos are inaccurate. There was no propane for the grill or fireplace. There are NO carbon monoxide detectors.

The sun room, undoubtedly the highlight of our stay, offered the perfect blend of comfort and beauty. With its cozy seating and panoramic windows. small updates needed to make the amenities better but this Airbnb is a gem for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with stunning ocean views!

We had a fantastic time! Beautiful and extremely clean house in a very quiet neighborhood. The view from the upstairs patio is peaceful and serene. Kayaks and bikes onsite are an added plus as well as several board games and a pool table. Sean was easy to communicate with and immediately responded to my text message regarding a question we had.

The place was actually 2 apartments and we only really used 1 so our family could stay together. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with 3 total beds, 1 bathroom and kitchen/dining/living. Downstairs has 1 large bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a small kitchen with large living space with billiards table. It would have been nice to have the extra space on the ground floor connected to the second floor but you have to go outside and down the stairs to access. Washer/dryer was very small and the dryer wasn’t working (needed repairs) so we had to hang clothes outside (took a long time to dry). Shower head fell off and looked improperly installed. But Sean promptly came the next day to put it back on. In general, great location and lots of fun stuff for the price - awesome to have a kayak and put it in the water at the end of the block! Just some difficulties that made the stay less than optimal.

This is a great place in a a great location. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Sean was a great host and was available when we needed him, and responded to requests quickly! The bonus room was definitely a plus!

Sean’s house was excellent!! The view from the beautiful, large sunroom was worth every penny in my opinion. The space was very comfortable and clean. There was a ton of room in the house with lots of activities provided on the property. There were kayaks and bikes available, as well as a pool table, grill, and a lovely fire pit out back. The location is perfect as you’re less than a 5 minute drive from lots of activities and endless amazing restaurants (highly recommend Skippers & Key Largo Fisheries). You’re also a short 20-25 minute drive from Islamorada that is definitely worth checking out!! Sean was an amazing host as he was very friendly and knowledgeable!! I can’t recommend this property enough!
