March 30-2026 5.00Excellent place to stay especially with a larger group. Lots of things to do and within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. Sean allowed some flexibility with checkin which was great. The place was clean with lots of extras you wouldn’t expect.
My wife and I stayed here for our diving trip and it was bigger than we thought! Would definitely book here again with our family! The water access and kayak amenity was perfect for a morning on the water. And the screened in porch was the best spot in the house to watch the sunrise/sunset. It was close to the grocery store and some really good restaurants! 10/10 stay!

Sean’s place is clean, spacious, well-equipped and in a good location for North Keys if you accept you need to drive almost everywhere! Use of kayaks and a nearby launching beach was a real bonus. Highly recommended and we would stay again.
Things to know
Space
The Master Bedroom offers a queen-size bed, providing a comfortable and private retreat. The Guest Bedroom features two full beds, ideal for accommodating additional guests or family members. From the living room, you can enjoy a stunning water view. The property is conveniently accessible from two streets and offers ample parking space suitable for boat trailers.
Access
You will receive a door code to enter the house. Parking is available on both sides of the house.
Neighborhood
Feel free to explore this very nice and quiet neighborhood. You will be very close to Jules Undersea Lodge, The Hideout Restaurant and the Pink Plaza is across US1.
Notes
Additional pet cleaning fee of $65 per dog will apply. All pets must be pre approved. Dogs brought to the premises without pre approval will automatically incur a charge of $200. The limit is 1 dog up to max. 50 lbs or 2 dogs max. 25 lbs each. Any additional cleaning cost or damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Pet fees will be applied after booking.
House Rules
Dogs are allowed - max. 25 lbs (Additional cleaning fee $60) Pets will need to be pre approved QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents CHECK IN TIME is any time after 4:00 pm. CHECK OUT TIME is any time before 10:00 am. Tenant will be liable for any late check out fees up to a full night rental charge. PARTIES are not allowed PRIMARY GUEST must be over the age of 25 PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited. SMOKING POLICY. Smoking in the house and close proximity to the house is not allowed. If the Guest is found to be smoking in the restricted area, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited. GARBAGE needs to be placed in the appropriate bins. Only use brown trash can with black lid for trash. Recycling goes in the blue bin. Bagged trash only! HURRICANE/TROPICAL STORM CANCELLATION POLICY NO refunds will be given UNLESS: The National Weather Service orders a MANDATORY evacuation of the Florida Keys, including Key Largo, Florida falling into the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order of the Florida Keys, including Key Largo, Florida falling into the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area", we WILL refund as follows: a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered and leaves early b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted c. Any advance deposits for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period
