Beautiful condo with convenient access to the well kept pool. House was extremely clean and ready for use. Very responsive when it came to questions and messages. Will definitely be staying again.

Sean’s home was the perfect stay for our family of 5. There was plenty for our kids (22 &19) to do. The pool and hot tub are amazing. We had so much fun on the pickleball courts & in the game room. Plenty to do in the area. Since we flew to the area it was so nice to have a beach bag and pool towels provided. We had a small (self inflicted) issue with the WiFi. Denise was responsive, helpful and friendly. Every room was sparkling clean. Hope we’ll be back sooner rather than later!

Sleeping Arrangements: Master Suite (3rd Floor): Oceanfront retreat with a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, private glass-enclosed patio, and a spa-inspired ensuite featuring a honeymoon-sized soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and dual vanities. Guest Bedroom (3rd Floor): King bed, flat-screen TV, private full bath with quartz-topped vanity, and tasteful coastal accents. Third Bedroom (2nd Floor): Two twin beds with access to a nearby shared full bath—ideal for kids or additional guests. You will have plenty of storage in the garage and adjacent room to store your bicycles, kayaks or paddleboards.

GETTING HERE WITHOUT A CAR We understand that some of you will be traveling without a car. We would not recommend this, as there are many places to visit, and it could be significantly more expensive. Ride share apps such as Lyft and Uber are available in the area. Some possibilities to explore: KEYS AIRPORT SHUTTLE provides daily door to door shuttle service to and from Key West & the Florida Keys & Miami & Ft Lauderdale airports. The GREYHOUND KEYS SHUTTLE has daily scheduled departures from the Miami Airport to all areas in the Keys. Two parking spaces per unit – No commercial advertising on vehicles permitted

* 2 cars maximum allowed per condo * Please contact the administrative office at Mariners Club to secure boat trailer parking Pool Rules: • Pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to Dusk. • No food or drink is allowed in the pool. Food and drink must be consumed away from the pool deck. • NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA. • No pets with the exception of service animals are allowed in the pool area. Service animals must be leashed at all times. Emotional Support Animals do not qualify as service animals. • NO Bluetooth speakers allowed in the pool areas. • The pools are designated nonsmoking areas, in compliance with Florida Law. • Please shower before entering the pool. IT’S THE LAW! • No infants (under one year of age) are allowed in the pool. Toddlers must wear “Swimming diapers” Children under the age of eight must be accompanied by a parent when using the pool. Children should not carry or throw sand in the pool, as it seriously impacts the effectiveness of the pool filters. Only soft Nerf-like toys are allowed in the pool. • Pool and clubhouse furniture (loungers) should remain in their respective areas. • No frisbees, ball throwing, or similar games are allowed. • Radios must be only used with earphones. • Saving of chairs for persons absent from the pool area is not allowed. • All trash must be placed in the waste receptacles, so foreign material does not get into pool.
