This place was simply Amazing. Almost Central in the Florida Keys , perfect location to all the activities you could do in the keys . Perfect in almost every way. Very comfortable place to stay .....Large Pool, Bar/food poolside , beach with access to swim in. Tennis courts . 2 adults and 4 kids , 9 months to 15yr old, we all had such a great stay. Closet in our stay room had beach toys , float noodles, knee boards , sand toys , tennis ball rackets , and more. Beach towels provided. Master Shower is large and beautiful , Top shelf toilet paper ~. Patio had great view . There isn't one negative thing any of us had to say. Thank you very much for having us . Our family will talk of this trip and our stay for many years to come. Communication , and info was provided perfectly . Clean and very welcoming. We all agreed 20/out of 10 Above Highly Recommended to all ages. Thank you guys again.

We had a great stay! The place was really nice — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, especially with Harrison Park nearby, which was amazing for our son and made the trip even more enjoyable. The owner was amazing: very responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. Communication was smooth and we felt very well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay.
Elizabeth and David’s beautiful condo in the florida keys was easily accessible, private, safe, peaceful and there was so much to do right on site!!!! It’s close to islamorada which is where we spent most of our time eating. The place was clean and perfect for my family! Elizabeth and David were also very quick to respond when I needed to add my daughter to the front gate. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Neighborhood
Lots of space to walk and explore in our exclusive 69 acre quiet reserve. You are not confined in a hotel but allowed to explore the property. There are many areas to sit and watch the sun rise or gaze at the waves including our new tiki hut perched over the ocean.
Transit
You will need a car to explore the Florida Keys. If you don't want to leave property, you can take a shuttle from Miami international airport AND Fort Lauderdale airport: website: keysshuttle
House Rules
HOUSE RULES:
* Minimum age of primary guest checking in must be 25
* No commercial vehicles of any kind
* The resort does not allow wet towels to be hung over the outdoor railings
* Personal kayaks must be stored in or on your vehicle during your stay
* Shoes must be stowed in the suite, not outside
* CHILDREN JUMPING ON OUR BEDS, creates costly damage to our bed frames.
* REFRIGERATOR: Please do not turn the fridge to the coldest setting, it will freeze up and stop working. It can take up to 9 hours to chill room temp products.
* Quiet time 10:00pm to 8:00am.
* NO Unauthorized Guests
* NO luggage carts inside the condo
* NO PETS - ESA and Service Animals must be registered/approved by property manager
* NO SMOKING-$500 cleaning fee if evidence of smoke is discovered
HURRICANE/TROPICAL STORM CANCELLATION POLICY
NO refunds will be given UNLESS:
The National Weather Service orders a MANDATORY evacuation of the Florida Keys, including Key Largo, Florida falling into the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area"
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order of the Florida Keys, including Key Largo, Florida falling into the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area", we WILL refund as follows:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered and leaves early
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted
c. Any advance deposits for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period
