Sunrise Sanctuary - Top Floor Ocean Pointe 2415

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! Location is wonderful, right down the road from the grocery store, gas station, and many other convenience stores and restaurants. In-unit laundry was very convenient, though washer was a little loud so recommend starting your loads when you’re about to leave. Air conditioning worked if you kept it at 75 or above, so this was comfortable for our family but may be slightly hot for others. Overall, it was nice and clean, comfortable, and quiet!!

We love staying here, it's our second time! We plan on returning again soon! perfect spot if you are scuba diving!

We loved our time in the Florida Keys at Sean’s place. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed and the location was great for the activities we wanted to do. Key West is a little far but we have been there before so we didn’t feel the need to return. Sean was very responsive to my questions both before and during our stay and gave us helpful tips. We also loved the private beach on the property and the pool was lovely as well.

What a great place! My dad and I came for a week of fishing and it was the perfect home base. The unit was clean and neat. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was quiet and relaxing. The view of the ocean from the balcony is fabulous. Sean was a very responsive and attentive host. I’d highly recommend! We’ll definitely be back.

This is the second time we have rented from Sean and Denise and greatly enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, had a great view of the ocean and was close to restaurants, shopping and nearby oceanfront park. The condo complex had à large pool and hot tub which we really enjoyed. We would definitely stay again.

We came for a quick weekend for our anniversary with a couple friends, and really wish that we could've stayed longer. This place was amazing and we enjoyed every single minute. The place was better than described. Beds were comfortable, view is awesome and there is so much to do right on property for the whole family. We will definitely be booking with Sean again. Also I left my favorite dress in the closet and didn't realize it until hours later and I reached out to Sean so he had his crew leave it in the security shack for us to pick up since we were of course still hanging out in the keys after check out. He was an amazing host and we appreciate his hospitality :)

Beautiful and spacious condo. The level of amenities and cleanliness were unmatched. Sean and Denise literally thought of everything when curating this place for guests. Pool is very nice as well and lots of restaurants in the area. I will 100 percent rent from them again. Seriously, I can’t praise enough.

The condo was very comfortable and the resort was quite lovely. Everything was as described to a "T"! Very convenient to get to scuba gear shopping, Conch Republic Divers, and groceries etc. We had a fantastic time! I highly recommend this condo, and Tavernier/Key Largo for diving enthusiasts.

This is the second property that we've stayed in that is managed by Oasis. It was exactly as advertised and fit our needs perfectly. Sean and Denise were super responsive and easy to work with. The beds were perfection although outlets/light switches are a little wonky and weirdly placed. Was hard to plug in what we needed beside the beds but thankfully all switches were labeled so you didn't turn on everything to find what you needed. Great location between Key Largo and Islamorada and we love staying at Ocean Pointe!

For the Florida Keys this was a great location. Sean is very responsive to the guest's needs. The onsite pool is clean, offers tables chairs umbrellas and it's own Grill( aka drinks and bar food) and has a hot tub. The condo is spacious, modern and offers all you need for a great stay. We spent 6 awesome days in this well appointed spacious condo enjoying the view. It's important to understand that most of the Florida Keys do not have white sand beaches with dredged waters. The charm is It's crystal clear waters in a natural eco balanced swim area. Book Sean's place! You won't be disappointed!

Great condo with nice amenities! Peaceful gated community off the main road right on the water. Pretty view from the balcony. Close to lots of great restaurants. Hosts communicated well and we're proactive with all instructions.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit we stayed in was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was like a home away from home only better. We had a view of the ocean and enjoyed both sunrise and sunset. We split our time between the pool and the beach, both of which were lovely. Will definitely book another vacation at Sunrise Sanctuary-Ocean Pointe.

We had a wonderful stay at Sean's place. The hosts were proactive, friendly and extremely helpful with all of our needs. There was also a binder in the apartment with many helpful local recommendations which we made use of. The house itself had plenty of space for us, is very well decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. We used the pool in the complex a lot and found everyone very friendly during our stay. I would definitely recommend Sean's place to others!

Would absolutely stay here again. Hosts have great communication and truly care that your stay is great. The property is beautiful. The pool is beautiful, with drinks and snacks available and the pool and hot tub hours are longer than usual, which is really nice for the kids. The beach area and pier are beautiful. This place is very comfy overall!

We rented this condo as a place to stay for our "Mother/Daughters trip"...(me and my 24 and 26 year olds) We wanted to have a trip together prior to my youngest's wedding. This was really a great choice for us. The condo is exactly as advertised. The location was great for what we wanted to do (swim with dolphins, lay by a pool/beach, eat great food) The small beach there was perfect as there aren't really beaches in the Keys and this one had chairs for us!! Nice to have beach towels in the condo. We drove to Robbie's for brunch one morning. Had a fantastic fish roll as What the Fish Rolls. Our dinner at Square Grouper was to die for! Also, don't miss the Key Lime Pie Factory close by. As far as excursions from here....The DolphinsPlus Marine Mammal place was simply amazing.We had the best experience ever at their dolphin swim.Check in and out was so easy, the hosts were very communicative. This is a great "base camp" for anything you want to do in the area.

Lovely apartment with gorgeous views, Sean was very communicative when we had a small issue and it was addressed straight away. Our kids loved the pool area and small beach with a jetty. Thanks for having us!

Clean and great location

Great property but jetskis are not allowed on the property, this created a 300. Unexpected expense to get off site storage… also public ramp and parking can cost 55 each time so be prepared if you are bringing jetskis

Our condo couldn’t have been better! It was so clean and had plenty of room. I am a tea drinker and was so happy to see a teapot in the stove top! It’s those little things that make a place perfect! Our view was amazing from the tiny balcony. The pool at this complex was huge! We used it every day. The location was within a short drive to many great restaurants. I highly recommend this condo and want to come back soon!

I selected Ocean Point by recommendation of a couple of friends who had stayed in the complex. The 5 of us were very please with Sean's place and his accomodations. Every thing was as he described it; no disappointment.

Great stay overall. if you have a wrapped vehicle be prepared with a cover.

Decided on this place after looking at every other hotel and resort in the area, and what a great decision it was. I was staying for 5 days and wanted something that had that vacation and home feel at the same time. This resort gave me both. I will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful time in Key Largo. Sean and Denise place was exactly what we’d hope for and they were wonderful hosts. The condo was clean, the beds extremely comfortable , and and the condo itself very relaxing. Not only did we love the condo, the resort itself was very peaceful. There was a private beach and a pier/boardwalk to see the sunset/rise. The pool was clean with plenty of Sun loungers provided. Relaxing sun tropical music was playing in the pool area as well. Sean provided beach towels too which was much appreciated! Would loved to have played some pickle ball if we had time but we didn’t find the time with our snorkeling and kayaking adventures. There was a Winn Dixie grocery store 5 minutes drive away and plenty of dining and take-out options nearby. If we visit Key Largo again we would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

The condo was the perfect place to stay for a few days in the middle of our 10-day vacation. We didn't use the kitchen much, but everything else (beds, bathrooms, laundry, pool) was just what we needed and in excellent condition.

We really enjoyed our time on the property. We were looking for a quiet getaway from the North. This was perfect, lots of great restaurants and entertainment within an easy drive. We will come back.

Place was nice, good view and good location. Checkin was easy. As stated to Sean needs plastic or metal cups to take to pool. He was quick to respond that he would ad to housing inventory. Would been all 5* but couple of dirty rags left on bathroom vanity. Not a big deal. Would stay again. Although did not bring my boat there seemed to be plenty of boat/trailer parking at complex. The marina was nice and clean.

The place was awesome for a family with kids. Rooms were as shown in the pics and the views were even better than the pics. Sean was very responsive and took care of everything little thing we asked. The pool and the outdoor spaces are perfect for days when you just want to stay in and when you want to do something, everything is just a short ride away. Will sure want to go back there soon.

Vi hade några mycket trevliga dagar på denna plats, lägenheten har allt man kan önska och en stor härlig pool på området. Vi skulle gärna återkomma till denna plats, här känner man sig som hemma!

We had a wonderful time at this condo in Tavernier! We are a family of 5 and fit just fine; our youngest easily slept on the hide a bed on the main couch each evening. The bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms were spacious. There is a Winn-Dixie about 1.5 miles away which was clutch! We loved the pool and the small beach on the property as well. Sean included some pickleball equipment which we meant to try but didn't get around to that would have been fun as well! We had a very small issue with the wi-fi which Sean and Denise took care of promptly. Sean's communication was AMAZING -- proactive texts and messages to remind us of the door code, etc. but not overbearing at all. Highly recommend Islamorada Brewery about 10 min. away for an amazing beer garden. Get the frozen Key Lime cocktail! Key West was a solid 2.5 hours away due to traffic -- be smarter than us and leave early. Also, the restaurant Marker 88 in Islamorada was stunning. Thank you again Sean and Denise!

It is a great place for our family of six. There is full kitchen for cooking breakfast and dinner. It is close to local grocery & you can buy fresh lobster and other seafoods to cook at home. you need to get your own spices though. The hosts gave us good advice about fishing spot and any information that you needed. They also have good recommendations booklet at the apartment.

Nice appartment. Confortable for a family of five. Washing machine was a plus. Well equiped kitchen. Sean answered rapidly to our request.
