They had extras that I did not expect. Sean followed up after arrival to make sure everything was good and ask if I had any needs. June 05-2026 5.00the 4th floor (don't worry ... there's an elevator) two bedroom, two bathroom condominium was great beds were large and comfortable each bathroom had spacious shower suitable kitchen to cook easy meals best amenity was the VERY relaxing and private decks ... one for the living room and one for the bedroom ... best amenity because one can sit each morning with a cup of coffee watching the sailboats and power boats and the nearly daily rain showers ... the views are unobstructed don't worry about all the vegetation seen on the website photo .... it's an unadvertised benefit because one can see so many different birds ... so bring binoculars

Space
Aside from the views, you will discover all the comforts of home. With 2 king size beds, adorned with plush pillows and linens as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. The spacious bathrooms boast sleek, contemporary finishes, with frameless enclosures that create an open and airy feel. Each walk-in shower is thoughtfully designed with rainfall showerheads, built-in shelves for convenience, and high-end tile work that adds both style and functionality.
Access
The condo building has an elevator conveniently located in the middle of the building with stairs on each side. The keyless entry to the condo as well as a 24/7 manned security gate make it accessible at all times.

We employ a 24 hour rental management company to provide for your every need. We are just a message away for any questions or needs you may have.
Neighborhood
There are many areas to sit and watch the sun rise or gaze at the waves including our new tiki hut perched over the ocean. Nearby you will find Harry Harris Park. A wonderful waterfront park with playground for the kids and plenty of room to walk on the oceans edge.
Transit
DRIVING DIRECTIONS If you are arriving via car and have a GPS / SatNav system in the car, please use 500 Burton Drive, Tavernier, Florida as the address. If you do not have a GPS device, you can find us from the mainland by taking the Florida Turnpike south to Exit 4 - Homestead/Key West. This is the Turnpike Extension that will connect you to Route US 1 in Florida City, which takes you through the Keys to Key West at the very end of US 1. Please be aware that speed limits throughout the Florida Keys are strictly enforced. Driving Route 1 to Key West is one of the most beautiful drives there so TAKE YOUR TIME. Please be especially careful through the Big Pine Key area as this is a Key Deer Refuge. Speed limits are reduced in this area. You can reach Ocean Pointe by following Route 1 south from Homestead, over the 20-mile causeway, past Key Largo and making a left onto Burton Drive at mile marker 92.5, just before the Circle K convenience store and Dairy Queen in the median. Ocean Pointe is approximately half mile down Burton drive on your right. GETTING HERE WITHOUT A CAR We understand that some of you will be traveling without a car. We would not recommend this, as there are many places to visit, and it could be significantly more expensive. Ride share apps such as Lyft and Uber are available in the area. Some possibilities to explore: The GREYHOUND KEYS SHUTTLE has daily scheduled departures from the Miami Airport to all areas in the Keys. CAR PARKING Parking is provided for two cars on site and is easily accessible to the unit. Please be aware that all guests must be registered prior to coming, and the plate numbers of cars provided.
Notes
For enhanced hygiene and guest comfort, all linens and towels are professionally laundered off-site by a commercial laundry service. This process ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and quality for every stay. Marina slip and/or trailer reservations have to be made prior to arriving with the Dockmaster. RV's and jet skis are not allowed.

HOUSE RULES:
* Minimum age of primary guest checking in must be 25
* NO Commercial Vehicles of any kind
* The resort does not allow wet towels to be hung over the outdoor railings
* Personal kayaks must be stored in or on your vehicle during your stay
* Shoes must be stowed in the suite, not outside
* CHILDREN JUMPING ON OUR BEDS, creates costly damage to our bed frames.
* REFRIGERATOR: Please do not turn the fridge to the coldest setting, it will freeze up and stop working. It can take up to 9 hours to chill room temp products.
* Quiet time 10:00pm to 8:00am.
* NO Unauthorized Guests
* NO Luggage carts inside the condo
* NO PETS - ESA and Service Animals must be registered/approved by property manager
* Pack and Play, High Chair available for rent
* NO SMOKING-$500 cleaning fee if evidence of smoke is discovered
HURRICANE/TROPICAL STORM CANCELLATION POLICY
NO refunds will be given UNLESS:
The National Weather Service orders a MANDATORY evacuation of the Florida Keys, including Key Largo, Florida falling into the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area"
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order of the Florida Keys, including Key Largo, Florida falling into the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area", we WILL refund as follows:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered and leaves early
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted
c. Any advance deposits for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period
