We had a fantastic stay at this place in Tavernier. The location was perfect—quiet, relaxing, and close to everything in the Florida Keys. It was easy to get to great restaurants, the water, and nearby attractions, but still felt peaceful and private. We only were able to enjoy it for a quick overnight stay, but it was wonderful. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed for our stay was provided, and the space was well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. Communication with the host was excellent. They were friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process simple. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tavernier. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing Keys getaway!

Amazing trip for our family of 4!

Incredible family vacation thanks to our hosts! The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed beautiful sunrises both days. The condo was spacious and wonderfully decorated. It was quite fun to see my grown boys in bunk beds again, highlight of the trip, lol. We had a wonderful time and will be back, hopefully to this same condo again. Great apartment with great view and the awesome ameneities

Super place for our family of four to spend the holidays. We took advantage of the pool, the restaurants and beach. The condo is comfortable and clean and just the right size for the four of us. Parking is convenient and restaurants, shops and grocery are a quick drive away. Would recommend for families.

This property was absolutely beautiful. We had originally booked building 4, when our trip came around the host found out about construction and moved us to a different building at a nicer unit for no cost. Enjoyed the beach area for sunrise and the pool with a bar was perfect. Thank you!

The six of us stayed at this wonderful Airbnb! It was clean, tidy, and the space was very bright. The masters bedroom was super cozy and comfortable as well. The bed easily fit 3 of us. You can see the ocean from the living room. The only unfortunate things were the towel situation and the AC. They didn’t have enough beach towels or bath towels for all 6 of us. The AC unit broke twice during our stay, but Denise was wonderful and very responsive. Overall, a very satisfied stay!

From the moment we booked until check out Sean was very responsive and helpful. This was our second trip to the Keys and we wanted to check out more of the middle/upper Keys and Sean’s place was perfect for this. We took a day trip to Key West and the drive was beautiful. The condo provided plenty of space for our kids and they loved the pool after snorkeling during the day. Lorelei’s was a new restaurant we checked out and it was fantastic, as well as The Blond Giraffe for key lime pie and Islamorada Brewing Co. We are going to miss the weather down there once the Chicago winter hits! Thank you again for having us.

The location was very convenient to the community pool which was very nice and never felt crowded. There was a great view of the water and the location felt private. Instructions were clear for and access was easy.

This condo and the location met or exceeded all of our expectations for our first visit to the keys. Additionally the owners did a great job of communicating and accommodating a flight cancellation that impart our stay.

We had a great vacation here! Awesome place for kids with an easy walk to the pool and a small beach area. The condo was great… super clean, everything we needed, and we never heard any noise from the neighbors. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this place for our family of 6! We had to consider 2 teenagers and 2 littlw kids when booking this trip and the layout of this place was perfect for us. Tavernier especially was a great central location in the Keys. I loved having an in- unit washer and dryer. The pool was great. Felt very safe with, especially with it being a gated area. The guest book and welcome binder were helpful upon check-in. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the Keys!

Sean's condo was beautiful and clean and plenty of room for the four of us. The complex was quiet and peaceful and the pool was awesome. We had lots of fun and I would highly recommend staying there. Thank you guys!

We only stayed one night, but we loved the location, style, and cleanliness of this condo that we shared with friends. We walked down to the pier and saw a baby nurse shark, and a baby eagle ray, file fish, crabs, and more in the shallow waters beneath the pier. We watched boats come in and out from the marina and they were close enough to ask about the fish they caught, which was fun. We went up to the marina Grill and had a cold beer, then hung out at the pool for a while, had snacks and drinks there. Everything was so accessible and well kept.

Enjoyed our stay here. The condo looked just like the pictures, was very clean and nicely updated. It was very comfortable for our family of four. The condo is in the best building as it is right across from the pool and also the little beach area with restaurant. It also has a beautiful view of the water from the balcony. The only downside is the balcony is awfully small, and almost difficult to get two people on it at one time, but it is doable.

Better than the pictures! We brought our 3 kids on holiday to 3 locations. This by far was their favorite! The pool and hot tub were amazing.

Great place, marina and restaurant on site.

The condo was clean with a gorgeous view. Unfortunately, the elevators were not working for 2 weeks. This was inconvenient for our senior citizen family members staying with us since the condo is on the 4th floor. Sean was very responsive and gave a small discount for the inconvenience. He also had someone on site help with unloading luggage when we arrived.

The unit is on the fourth floor and while it has an elevator, it was not working. Other than that, the place was spectacular. It is right by the pool, on the far end of the property, so closest to the restaurant and the walkway to the ocean. Spectacular view a perfect breezes. Lots of light and very comfortable!

We had a great, problem-free stay. The condo was beautiful, well maintained and clean. Sean was proactive in reaching out and checking that we settled in and had no problems. We would certainly stay there again.

We found Sean’s Tavernier condo a great launching spot to explore the Keys. We also very much appreciated the peace and quiet at the condo after a day out. The views of the water were both beautiful and relaxing. Sunsets viewed from the pier were a real bonus. The furnishings were comfortable and well maintained. When we ate in, we had what we needed for an enjoyable meal. The condo is a lovely space in a lovely place. All in all, a cut above. Steve and Elaine. Jan. ‘25

Great was location! Pool was right across the street from the condo. The pool was warm and the pool bar! They often had music playing!

Love the place and host was great. Cleaning fees, Airbnb fees and tax are making it increasing too expensive.

What we liked: The place had nice views of the gulf. We liked the balcony and lounge area. The bedrooms were spacious and the apartment was clean. What we didn’t like: Only one dishwashing liquid and one pack of washing detergent was provided. If you want to run dishwasher or washing machine multiple times, you have to bring your own. We were staying for multiple days with the kids. The trash liners were made of cheap plastic and emptying them was a pain. The owners charged high for this apartment so we were expecting they will be generous on these minor things.

The host is very and quickly proactive and responsive. Property is well maintained with good and drink options on the property which we enjoyed a nice evening drink at. The condo is well proportioned with quality bedding and furnishings. The view from balcony is awesome.

Great long weekend trip with some friends in Tavernier. Location is quiet and has a great view of the Oceanside with great sunrise views. I chose this location because of the marina on site as I brought my boat for fishing. There is a boat ramp on site but I chose to use the Harry Harris Boat Ramp and drive my boat over to the marina where I kept it docked all weekend. Would gladly book another stay here and when I have time to drag my boat back down there this will be one of the first places I will look for.

Beautiful condo, well laid out floor plan. Clean, had everything we needed. Amazing view of the ocean and small pier. Right next to the pool. Very private location. Peaceful. Sean the host was fantastic in communication and restaurant recommendations. Will stay there again.

Our stay was great and relaxing! It was clean and well stocked. The property and amenities were fantastic and you didn’t have to leave the property if you didn’t want to.

We had an awesome stay in the Penthouse at Ocean Pointe. The condo is beautiful with amazing views of the ocean. They have an Awesome pool and hot tub just steps away from the condo. The Tavernier and Islamorada area are beautiful with so many things to do and so many excellent restaurants. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay at Ocean Pointe again.

I would highly recommend this property. It was just as shown. It was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and the small touches of comfort made it all the more special. Excellent job. It was an end unit that was nice and quiet and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio to see the nice view. You can also see the view from anywhere in the living area. location was nice and easy to find.

Sean hosted an amazing place. Everything was clean as expected from the pictures. We had a little trouble finding the spot the first day (our fault) and Sean was able to communicate very quickly to help us find the location. The place had a great view, cold A/C. The one thing was the water pressure at the place only had enough for 1 showering at a time, it wasn't a deal breaker as we worked around it. Overall all, great location and place to stay, super comfy beds!

This place was fantastic! I loved the location! Although they are condos, it feels more like a private resort. If you have a boat, there’s a nice marina there. The beach is nice and very private. The pool is amazing and spotless! The security is a nice feature to have. It gave us peace of mind. The condo itself is updated and clean. A few things were missing and couple issues, but the vacation rental company responded quickly to address those issues. It’s about a 2 hr ride to the key west, which was fun. I liked that we were not in the busy area of the keys, so we could relax and not get distracted by tourists. Everything was close by, grocery store, restaurants, movie theater. I loved the guest book, reading all their adventures and recommendations. The vacation rental company was very detailed in what is available in the condo and what we should pack so we were prepared ahead of time! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Sean’s place was great. We’ve actually stayed at Oceanpointe a few times in multiple units depending if we need a 1 bed or 2. We love bringing our boat and having a dock and trailer storage close-they make it seamless and safe! This particular air b and b was absolutely gorgeous, it’s a corner unit so there are more windows than the others and the natural light was impeccable! The only complaint I have is we had to bring ALOT of kitchen supplies since we were cooking every night after catching fresh fish. It is in the listing that most is not provided (spices, oil…) which I understand but there was only one dish towel, one paper towel roll, one tiny baby thing of dish soap, limited tongs and spatulas (none for grilling) so make sure you bring all that stuff with you. I’ve stayed in others that were very well stocked- which is nice when you are traveling far. Other than that tiny detail-we enjoyed the place very much! The beds were comfy and the space is large and open.

Great place! Exactly as described and pictured. We had no issues with anything and no reason to reach out to our hosts. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit a couple different Keys and this was a good central spot for us to go north or south. There was plenty to do within driving distance from here.

We enjoyed our stay! Sean and Denise shared great information ahead of time if what items were stocked at the condo. We loved the pool and beach and we’re 10-20 minutes from several different activities. We did use the pack and play for an extra charge and appreciated how it was set up ahead of time, and had a nice mattress with it. Would definitely recommend!

Great Spring Break for family of four. The space was very comfortable, clean, and had a great view. Would stay here again and have already recommended this condo to friends traveling to the Keys.

We loved our stay! The space was perfect for our family of five, with plenty of sleeping and eating space. The building was located right between the dock/ beach and beautiful pool. There are lots of lovely outdoor spaces with tables and grills. We watched the gorgeous sunrise from our balcony every morning. Our kids had the time of their lives! We hope to be back!

We had a perfect stay in this property in Ocean Pointe. The hosts were friendly and very quick to respond to questions. The unit was spotless and in person was even nicer than the photos. The complex itself was quiet and secure, with the only way in being through a gated entrance with an attendant. The location was also very convenient, an easy drive to Islamorada and Key Largo, with a large grocery store and small shopping center only a few minutes drive. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This condo is in a quiet yet convenient location. Beautiful water views from the balcony. They also didn’t have a long list of chores to do at checkout, which is very nice when rushing to get to the airport! The only request I would have is extra towels and hooks in the bathroom. I’ve used Airbnb for a while now and this has to be by far one of my favorite stays. Sean was incredibly fast to respond and so accommodating. The location is absolutely stunning with amazing amenities, beautiful grounds, the condo was equally as beautiful and most importantly incredibly clean. We are already planning our trip back, we did not want to leave!

Sean was amazing! The elevator was out when we arrived and he offered to come and carry our luggage upstairs:) The condo was exactly as described- nice view, clean and fully stocked kitchen. We loved the small beach that was a short walk. We took a small cooler down and hung out with some other residents. Highly recommend!

The condo was clean and spacious for 5 people. The pool was huge and my granddaughter loved it! Easy drive to Robbie’s and Pennekamp.

David and his family were very nice. Only issue was they asked to put things in the freezer at 12pm for their stay and we of course allowed to help. They instead moved all their things in and even impeded our cleaning staff to finish their job. Started making food changing and made themselves at home. If they would have been better at communicating we could have handed them the unit 2-3 hours sooner than then the posted check in time as thats our goal at ever turnaround.

What an amazing place to stay! The location was close to everything we needed and easy to get to. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. There is an elevator to get to the 4th floor, and luggage carts available. The staff that we encountered were so friendly. The pool was across the roadway (private) from the building which was so convenient. The pool was clean and comfortable to swim in. We spent most of our time poolside. Loungers and chairs and tables were aplenty. It was so relaxing. We went on a snorkelling adventure at a park that was close by. There is a grocery store nearby and we cooked our dinner on the outdoor charcoal barbeque one night. We took advantage of the food truck that was on site a couple times. The unit was just lovely. It was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The views from the patio were breathtaking. The unit had lots of space. The fresh flowers were lovely. Sean replied immediately when I contacted him.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The whole place was so clean, comfy and beautifully decorated. The unit was nice and close to the pool and the little beach which was really nice. The unit was equipped with a binder filled with local eateries and fun things to do and we loved looking through it for recommendations. Would highly suggest staying here! It will not disappoint!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Penthouse. House was as described and had plenty of room for our family of 4. We loved the pool and beach area, and the snack house / bar at the pool was an added bonus! Great spot!

Sean was amazing. We had a small issue with the toilet that was a false alarm and he responded within minutes letting me know he was on his way. I was embarrassed when it turned out to be nothing , yet Sean was happy to help. I will definitely reach out to Sean and Denise for to book my next trip to the Keys.
